New Zealand Consul-Generalin ShanghaiStephen Wong visited Fudan University onSeptember 29.
Chen Zhimin, vice president of Fudan University, welcomed Stephen Wong on behalf of the University. He briefed the past cooperation between Fudan University and University of Auckland, University of Waikato and other universities in New Zealand.
The delegation led by Stephen Wong and Fudan delegation exchanged the measures taken by the two countries on pandemic prevention and control and shared views on impact of the pandemic on both admission of exchange students and international academic exchange in Fudan, hoping that Fudan University and New Zealand would deepen exchanges and cement cooperation in various aspects and hold academic activities as soon as the pandemic fades.
The meeting was also joined by Zhang Jun, Dean of School of Economics of Fudan University, Zhang Yi, Executive Vice-Dean of Fudan Development Institute, Xu Yefang, Deputy-Director of Office of Global Partnerships of Fudan University, etc.
